Jim is a graduate of Worsham College of Mortuary Science and has been a licensed funeral director for over 20 years. A native of Hancock County, Jim is honored to serve the community where he was born and raised. When he is not working, Jim enjoys spending time with his family.

 

 

Evan Printy-Funeral Director
Evan is a graduate of Carl Sandburg College with a degree in Mortuary Science. While in school, Evan was a member of the honor society Phi Theta Kappa, the vice president of the mortuary science fraternity Sigma Phi Sigma, and graduated with highest honors. He began working for Printy Funeral Home at a young age, and now serves the community as a licensed funeral director at all locations and managing Printy Funeral Home in Warsaw. He also works in Keokuk, IA, and lives in Warsaw, Illinois, with his wife Kati. Evan enjoys physical fitness, music, his church and his family.

The second son of the Printys, William, assists with funerals and visitations and helps in the general maintenance of the funeral home. William enjoys playing tennis, golf, and chess. He also competes nationally in Tang Soo Do. He is active in the Christian faith and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice.

 

 

bruce_leathemBruce Leathem-Licensed Funeral Director
Licensed funeral director and previous owner of Leathem Funeral Home in Carthage, Bruce serves as consultant to the staff with over 40 years of experience in funeral service.  Bruce is a 1970 graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in technology and Mortuary Science.  He is also an elder in the First United Presbyterian Church in Carthage and a volunteer at Memorial Hospital in Carthage.  He and his wife Jane live in Carthage and have three grandchildren.

 

Larry Vance-Funeral Assistant
Printy Funeral Home has been blessed with Mr. Vance for over fourteen years. Well known throughout Hancock County because of his many years of service with the Hancock County Road Department, Mr. Vance is the right hand of Printy Funeral Home. In addition to his service at the funeral home, Larry trains Belgian Horses and is an active member the United Methodist Church in Carthage. Larry and his wife, Judy, have many, many grandchildren!
