Robert Charles Leasman, Sr., 79, of Bushnell, formerly of Carthage, passed away at the McDonough District Hospital in Macomb on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at 10:13 A.M.

Robert was born March 27, 1940, the son of Daniel and Ethel “Bessie” Mae (Sparrow) Leasman in Warsaw, Illinois. Robert had worked many years at the dog food and hammer factories in Bushnell. He also farmed.

Robert is survived by two sons, Robert C. Leasman, Jr. of Lewistown and Todd Leasman of Bushnell; a sister, Ethel Mae Fellinger of Carthage; and two brothers, James Leasman of Canton, Missouri and Daniel “Boone” Leasman of Ursa, Illinois.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Alice Leasman; and two brothers, Walter and Ernest.

A family gathering will be held at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, October 17, 2019, at the Printy Funeral Home in Carthage.
