Anthony Trenkle Obituary Anthony Lee Trenkle, age 65, died peacefully in his sleep at his home in Wilkesboro, NC on June 8th, 2015. Tony was born October 20, 1949, in Danville, Kentucky to Dorothy and Joseph Trenkle. After high school in Farmer City, Illinois, he graduated from Quincy College in 1971 with a degree in Business Administration and was a four year varsity basketball player. He married Mary Jones on February 17th, 1973 and later welcomed three children, Tiffany (Brown), Kristin (Hietpas), and Matt Trenkle. Tony spent the majority of his career in Sales Management at The Pillsbury Company. Known for his fun loving spirit and his generosity, he enjoyed creating memories with his family, boating, fishing, gardening, playing cards, and living life. Survivors include his loving wife, Mary, children Tiffany (Willard) Brown (Maddie, Jack, Owen), Kristin (Chad) Hietpas (Bella & Charlotte), and Matt Trenkle, his sister Kitty Trice, many nieces and nephews, and his dog Oliver. Tony was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy and Joseph Trenkle, and brother, Chuck Trenkle, of Farmer City, Illinois. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Services will be held at 4 p.m., Friday, June 12th at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 125 N Fayette St, Carthage, IL 62321 A Funeral Mass will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, June 12, 2015: at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Carthage
