Barbara Kay Obituary Barbara Ann Kay, 52, of Keokuk, IA, died Thursday, July 12, 2018 at her home in Keokuk, IA. Barbara was born March 7, 1966, in Keokuk, IA, the daughter of Jack Lee Kay and Sandra Sue Ealey. She was married to Fred Brackelsberg. She graduated from Keokuk High School. She loved to fish, collect wolf pictures and memorabilia. Above all, she loved her family. Barbara is survived by her mother Sandra (Charles) Woolson; father Jack (Karen) Kay; son Kendall (Jackie) Gregory; daughter Kelsey (Aaron) Glasgow; granddaughter Neela Glasgow; brother Larry Kay; sisters Chris (Al Mooris) Ergle and Pam (Lloyd) McVay; and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Barbara was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents and paternal grandparents, one aunt. A celebration of Barbara's life will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, July 20, 2018, at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center at 917 Blondeau Street. Inurnment will follow at Scandinavian Cemetery.
