Calvin G. White, 76, of Keokuk, passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026, at UnityPoint Health Trinity Rock Island Hospital in Rock Island, Illinois.

Calvin was born on January 11, 1950, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, the son of Dale Robert and Earnestine (Canfield) White. He worked odd jobs throughout the area, even working for a carnival in his younger years. He attended God's Way Christian Center in Keokuk and was a member of the VFW. He enjoyed mowing and gardening and hunted squirrels and rabbits. Calvin would describe himself as "the clown of the bunch" and will be dearly missed by his friends and family.

Calvin is survived by his life partner of twenty-seven years Carol Weekley of Keokuk; two sisters: Ethel Westermeyer of Keokuk and Jeanette Gary of Phoenix, Arizona; his brother Harold White of Sebring, Ohio; four step-children: Dorothy Weekley, Bobby Marshall, Bryanna Marshall and Leanna Marshall; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calvin is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers: Ernie and Arthur White.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
