Daisy Schlotter Obituary Daisy P. Schlotter, 87, of Keokuk, died Monday, February 23, 2004 at 7:35 A.M. at Keokuk Area Hospital in Keokuk, Iowa. Daisy Schlotter was born on February 23, 1917 in the Powdertown area outside of Keokuk, Iowa. She was the daughter of Arthur D. and Mable Daisy Wooster Andrews. She married Paul Schlotter on April 23, 1938 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Keokuk. He survives. With her husband, she owned and operated Schlotter's Flowershop and Greenhouse for fifty years. They retired in 1980. She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews including Dr. Joseph Rapagnani of Cape Coral, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ronald and Donald Andrews; and one sister, Edith Rapagnani. Services were Thursday, February 26, 2004 at St. Johns Episcopal Church in Keokuk with Reverend Bruce Blois officiating. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk.
