Darrell Lee Kussman, 60, of Keokuk, Iowa, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in Keokuk.

Darrell was born on June 27, 1966, in Keokuk, Iowa, to John Kussman and Mildred (Newman) Kussman Haist. He was married and divorced from Kimberly Schrader with whom he had three children. Darrell had worked at Steel Castings and Hope Haven. He loved dogs, being outdoors, fishing and spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.

Darrell is survived by two daughters: Veronica Schrader and Cassandra Kussman, two grandchildren: Jaichen and Ziva Judd, his mother Mildred Haist, two brothers and two sisters.

Darrell is preceded in death by his father, his brother and his son Matthew Kussman.

No services are planned for Darrell.
