David Guymon Obituary David Lee Guymon, Sr., 59, of Keokuk, died at 1:15 AM Saturday, September 28, 2013, at his home. David was born January 5, 1954, in Keokuk, Iowa, the son of Ernest W. and Dorothy M. Taylor Guymon. He married Linda Mason on May 13, 2010, in Keokuk. He was a lifelong resident of Keokuk and was owner-operator of Floor Care Janitorial Cleaning Services for many years. David enjoyed racing, especially NASCAR, and also liked flower gardening. He mostly enjoyed his time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Linda of Keokuk; six sons, David W. Mason of Quincy, IL, Timmy Mason and wife Courtney of Ft. Madison, IA, Brent Mason and his wife Sherry of Ozark, MO, David L. Guymon, Jr. of Keokuk, IA, Charles Guymon and his wife Aaron of Warsaw, IL and Carl Guymon of Palmyra, MO. his former wife, Teresa Hayden; four sisters, Bernice Guymon of Oklahoma, Karen Hayden and her husband Roger, of Keokuk, Linda Wilkerson and husband Alfred of Aurora, MO, and Wanda Howell of Cameron, IL; two brothers, Rodney Guymon of Fort Madison, IA, and Dennis Guymon of Burlington, IA; fourteen grandchildren, Brittney, Ashley, Zachery, Kordell, Aidan, Steven, Tim Jr., Zachery Joseph, Sherri, Morgan, Emily, Sadie, Candan, and Destiney; and two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; two special friends, Mike Spiker and Gene Bauer; and his companion, his dog, Molly. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Darrell and Rodger Guymon; and a sister, Diana Carrell. A private family gathering was held with cremation following.
