David Kay Obituary David Daryl Kay, 42, of Keokuk, Iowa, died Saturday evening, April 26, 2008 at University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa City, Iowa. Mr. Kay was born August 31, 1965, the son of Harold Albert and Shirley Marie Lowary Kay. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Keokuk, Iowa. He was a member of the George M. Verity River Boat Museum, serving as a commissioner on the Board. He was a member of the Keokuk Coin Club and had served as a Past President, Vice President and Treasurer. He is survived by Brother, Harold Lee Kay; Sister Maria Michelle Kay. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services were Friday, May 2, 2008 at DeJong's Funeral Home with Rev. Wesley Davis officiating. Burial followed at Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk, Iowa. Memorials may be made to George M. Verity River Boat Museums or Keokuk Public Library.
