Gina French Obituary Gina Marie French, 51, of Keokuk, lowa, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on February 7, 2025. Gina was born on June 1, 1973, to Larry and Kathleen (May) French. Gina, though being handicapped, enjoyed a long and beautiful life, due to the devoted and loving care of her mother. Gina would often be seen with her mother, enjoying the outdoors on their many walks and riding around searching for eagles. Gina, along with her mother and brother, traveled to many places, including the Grand Canyon, Old Faithful, STL Cardinal Games and her favorite of all, Memphis, Tennessee, to visit Elvis Presley's home, Graceland. Gina touched many lives. She was a beautiful angel given to us on loan from God. Our only hope would be that we all could see the world through Gina's innocent eyes. Her eyes saw no pride, no jealousy, no hate, no prejudice, and no envy. This is not a goodbye, but a 'see you later'. Gina will be profoundly missed but eternally in our hearts. You are loved! Gina was preceded in death by her father, Larry D. French, her maternal grandparents, Roy and Anna (Kuhlmeier) May, her uncles Larry L. May, Dr. Dale E. May and aunt Margery F. May. Those left to treasure Gina's memory are her mother, Kathleen, her brother, Larry, her Aunt Susie May, her cousins Darren May (Irene), Dr. David May (Melissa), Dr. Troy May (Denise) and Colette Bolinsky (Brandon). A private family burial will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the City of Christmas.
