Harold C. Enzeroth, 82, of Carthage, IL, passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL.

Harold was born on December 9, 1943, in Warsaw, IL. He was the son of Carl and Barbara (Sievley) Enzeroth. On June 6, 1965, Harold was united in marriage to Linda Jairl in Warsaw, IL. Harold spent time working construction and lineman jobs all over the country before settling in Carthage. He then joined the Western Illinois Electrical Coop working as a lineman until he retired in 2003. Harold was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed nothing more than being outdoors hunting or fishing any chance he could. He was a lifelong member of the Warsaw Gun Club. Harold especially liked to duck and turkey hunt. In his later years, he enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids. Harold was always there for you when you needed him.

Harold is survived by his wife, Linda Enzeroth of Carthage, IL; his children, Ronnie (Teri) Enzeroth of Dublin, TX, Chad (Kendra Boley) Enzeroth of Hamilton, IL, and Kevin (Kim) Enzeroth of Carthage, IL; his grandchildren, Jessica Enzeroth, Shayna (Brock) Harris, Wyatt (Paige) Enzeroth, and Mickaela Enzeroth; his great grandchildren, Trace Harris, Charlotte Hartweg, and Camlee Enzeroth; and his sisters, Alice Jenkins, Barbie Spurger, Ginny (Mike) Johnson, and Debbie (Rick) McVeigh.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his two brothers.

No funeral services will be held at this time. Memorials may be made out to HUGS Hancock County. Printy Funeral Home is taking care of arrangements.
