Norma Rohrbough Obituary Norma Irene Rohrbough, 87, of Warsaw, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2017, at her home. Norma was born at home in the Sutter/Basco area on December 13, 1929, the daughter of Chester Addison and Myrl Marie (Fryer) Ruffcorn. Norma was united in marriage to S. Wayne Rohrbough on January 14, 1950, in Warsaw. He survives. A lifelong resident of Warsaw, Norma was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and an avid Cubs fan. She worked for twenty-five years as a cook at the Warsaw Schools until her retirement in 1989. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Norma is survived by her husband Wayne of Warsaw; her son Robert Wayne Rohrbough of Hamilton; her daughter Marcia Lynn (Terry) Ayers of Virginia, Illinois; six grandchildren: Amanda (Nick) Capaldo, Amy Rohrbough, Alexis (Ethan) Hotop, Troy (Carrie) Hamner, Haley (Mike) Stanley, and Tiffany (Thomas) Cooksey; ten great-grandchildren; four sisters: Virginia Hayden of Keokuk, Sue Mallon of Warsaw, Donna (Jim) Harness of Warsaw, and Sandra (Ron) Smith of Warsaw; her brother Carroll (Jo) Ruffcorn of Austin, Texas; and her half-brother Larry Tripp. Other survivors include her sisters-in-law Maxine Congdon, Shirley Rohrbough, Clara Jean Ruffcorn, Florene "Tody" Ruffcorn, JoEtta Ruffcorn, Dorothy Ruffcorn, and Belva (Chuck) Tinklenberg; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Norma is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Susan, her daughter-in-law Florence, her sister Hazel, and six brothers: Everett, Logan, Wendell, Kenneth, Junior, and Melvin Ruffcorn. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 21, 2017, at Printy Funeral Home in Warsaw. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 3 to 8 PM, with family meeting friends from 6 to 8 PM at Printy Funeral Home in Warsaw. Memorials may be directed to U of I Dance Marathon or Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017: 11:00 am at Printy Funeral Home in Warsaw, Illinois Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017: 6:00 pm 8:00 pm at Printy Funeral Home in Warsaw, Illinois
