Patricia Belba Obituary Patricia Ann "Pat" Belba, 77, of Keokuk, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Montrose Health Center in Montrose, Iowa. Pat was born on June 27, 1947, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Vernon and Mary Marler. On September 3, 1966, she was united in marriage to Charles David Belba in St. Louis, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 17, 2011. Pat was a member of the Montrose Church of the Nazarene and was an officer of the Salvation Army. She was also involved with the Lee County Special Olympics. In her free time, Pat enjoyed crocheting, needlepoint and collecting snowmen. Pat is survived by her son David Belba of Keokuk; three grandchildren: Jesse Belba of Keokuk, Sadie Belba of Tiffin, Iowa, and Abby Belba of Burlington, Iowa; her sister Grace (Robert) Judd of El Paso, Texas; two brothers: Dennis (Kathleen) Marler and Mike (Carol) Marler, both of St. Louis, Missouri; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pat is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, and her daughters Linda and Rebecca Lynn Belba. Funeral services will be held at 12 pm (Noon) on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at Montrose Church of the Nazarene, with burial to follow at Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk. Visitation will be held at the church on Tuesday from 10 am to 12 pm (Noon) Tuesday directly before the service. Memorials may be directed to the family.
