Patricia Shotts Obituary Patricia Carlene Shotts, 75, of Revere, MO died at 4:15 pm on Monday, December 10, 2012 at her home. She was born on January 27, 1937 in Des Moines, IA a daughter to Harry and Nettie May Williams Samuelson. Patricia married James Allen Shotts Sr. on January 6, 1957 in Chicago, IL and he preceded her in death on October 28, 1997. She was a lifelong area resident. Patricia worked at Sheller-Globe and was also a hairstylist. She was an avid bowler. She loved to travel and had traveled all over going on bowling trips and vacations with her family. Patricia enjoyed looking after her grandchildren. She is survived by six children: James (Melissa) Shotts Jr. of Willow Springs, MO, Seth (friend Terri) Shotts of Revere, MO, Lora (John) Carlson of Kahoka, MO, Lucinda (Sheldon) Conover of West Point, IL, Ronald (Jody) Shotts of Ottumwa, IA, and Donald (friend Angie) Shotts of Revere, MO; 29 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren; one brother: Larry (Sue) Wise of Mukwonago, WI. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two sons: Harry and Lee Shotts, one granddaughter: Miranda Shotts, two great granddaughters: Felicity and Taylor Ball, one brother: Merle Zweifel, one sister and brother-in-law: Earlene and Dallas Barnes, and one daughter-in-law: Faith Shotts. Celebration of Life Services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 18 at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center located at 917 Blondeau St. in Keokuk with Bro. Bill Hauser officiating. Burial will be in Keokuk National Cemetery. Visitation will be after 3:00 pm on Monday with the family meeting friends from 6 to 8 at DeJong-Greaves Celebration of Life Center on Blondeau St. Memorials may be made to Southeastern Renal Dialysis.
