Phillip Moyes Obituary Phillip A. Moyes, 61, of Keokuk, formerly of Carthage, passed away at 1:40 PM, Saturday, April 20, 2024, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Illinois. Phillip was born December 28, 1962, in Burlington, Iowa, the son of Fred and Dixie (Bowers) Moyes. He enjoyed trucking and was a driver for over 36 years. Phillip is survived by his daughter, Alyssia Portz; grandchildren, Aaleeyah and Azelyah; siblings, John (Rhonda) Moyes, Mark (Regina) Moyes, Fred "Fritz" (Cindy) Moyes, and Theresa Bryant; two very special cousins and caretakers, Mindy Jones and Charla Justice; his stepmother, Mary Moyes; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his wife, Roxanne; parents, Fred and Dixie; a brother, Theodore "Ted" Moyes; and a sister, Debbie Little. A memorial service will be held Monday evening at 6:00 PM at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Family will meet friends from 4:00 6:00 PM prior to services at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
