Raymond Overhulser Obituary Raymond L. Overhulser, 44, of Minneapolis, Minnesota, died Wednesday, September 11, 2002 at his home. Raymond Overhulser was born on January 25, 1958 in Keokuk, Iowa. He was the son of Clarence L. Overhulser and Eloise M. Rowan Overhulser Walther. He is survived locally by his mother, Eloise Walther. Graveside services and inurnment were Friday, September 20, 2002 in Hickory Grove Cemetery north of Keokuk. Memorials may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church in Keokuk.
