Stacey Giampolo Obituary Stacey Robin Giampolo, 65, of Hamilton, Illinois, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. Stacey was born on June 9, 1958, in Burlington, Iowa, the daughter of Ernie and Macel Patricia "Pat" (Ammons) Suter. On May 7, 1983, she was united in marriage to Joe Giampolo in Grand Prairie, Texas. He survives. Stacey was a very caring, loving, and devoted mother and wife. Besides loving life as a homemaker, she also loved managing the books for the family business. In addition, she loved feeding and watching the birds outside, especially the hummingbirds. Three of her favorite pastimes were playing internet games, watching soap operas and cheering for the St. Louis Cardinals. Her landscape flowers were some of her favorite things. Stacey is survived by her husband Joe Giampolo of Hamilton; her son Joey E. (Leighann Sherrill Lunt) Giampolo of Hamilton; her daughter Becky P. (Matt) Osbon of West Point, Illinois; two brothers: Perry (Betsy) Suter and Eric (Penny) Suter, both of Hamilton; and Leighanns daughters Atleigh and Emrie Lunt. Stacey is preceded in death by her parents. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the family in care of Joe Giampolo.
