Barbara Hainline

Barbara Hainline, 77, of Hamilton, formerly of Quincy, passed away on Sunday, June 21, 2020, at Montebello Healthcare Center in Hamilton.

Barbara was born on July 18, 1942, in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Earl Richard and Anna Marjorie Hafford, and was raised by her father and step-mother Oletha Mildred O’Dear. She was married to John William Hainline in Quincy, Illinois, he preceded her in death on December 15, 2011. Barbara is also preceded in death by her first two husbands, James and Raymond. Helping people was what made Barbara happy in life, and she loved spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Christine Hainline; six brothers: Richard, Randy, Ronnie and Danny of Decatur, Illinois, and Jerry, Gary and James of Quincy, Illinois; and five sisters: Brenda and Kathy of Decatur, Illinois, and Karen, Bonnie and Karen of Quincy, Illinois. Other survivors include many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Barbara is preceded in death by her father Earl; her step-mother Oletha; her mother Anna; her infant son James “Jamie” Tucker; her favorite aunt Dorthy O’Dear; six brothers: Larry, Michael, Doug, Sony, Harold and Terry; and five sisters: JoAnn, Ruby, Shirley, Ginny and Betty.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
