DeAnna J. Howe, 55, of Carthage, passed away at her home at 8:40 A.M. Saturday morning, March 2, 2019 surrounded by her family.
DeAnna was born May 7, 1963 in Carthage the daughter of Jimmy Lee Marshall and Loretta Elaine (Kidd) Jacob. DeAnna enjoyed traveling, especially going to the beach and Las Vegas. She loved spending time with her family and grand puppy, Max.
DeAnna is survived by two children, Lana Moyes of St. Louis, Missouri and Tyler (Sam) Howe of Niota; five siblings, Debra Sue (Butch) Maynard of Mt. Sterling, OH, H. Scott Marshall of Wendon, Arizona, Larry (Michael) Marshall of Pinellas Park, Florida, Kathy (Roger) Brierton and Karen (Greg) Todd, both of Carthage; step-father, Daryl “Jake” Jacob of Carthage; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Brenda (Depoy) Balmer; and the love of her life, Jay Squier.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening, March 6, 2019, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage. Family will meet friends from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. Wednesday evening prior to the service at 6:00. Memorials may be directed to Blessing Hospice or H.U.G.S. Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
