Ethan Scott Snodgrass

Ethan Scott Snodgrass, 26, of Carthage, passed away at his home Wednesday evening, June 13, 2018.

 Ethan was born March 31, 1992, the son of Ronald and Jana (Ellefritz) Snodgrass in Carthage, Illinois.  He attended Carthage High School graduating in 2010.  Ethan worked at Dairy Queen in Carthage for 10 years and had recently worked for Ashley Home Furnishing in Quincy.  Ethan enjoyed Ultimate Frisbee and volleyball.  He was a member of The Crossing in Keokuk and a small group that met in Carthage. 

 Ethan is survived by a son, Ezekiel “Zeke” Snodgrass of Carthage; his girlfriend, Brooklyn Beagles of Carthage; his parents, Ron and Jana Snodgrass of Ferris; two sisters, Kayla Snodgrass of Ferris and Krystin (Kyle) Brown of Temple, Texas; and grandparents, Larry and Judy Vance of Carthage.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 18, 2018, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage with burial to follow in Thornber Cemetery near Powellton.   Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday evening at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage.  Memorials may be directed to the family of Ethan Snodgrass for the education fund of his son, Ezekiel.  Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
