Lamona Ruth (Burnett) Warner

Lamona Ruth (Burnett) Warner, 64, of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Montebello Health Care Center in Hamilton.

Lamona was born on September 10, 1953, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of Floyd and Emma June (Anderson) Burnett. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, reading and walking, and checking fish traps with Earl David. Her family was her priority.

Lamona is survived by her kids, Melinda Burnett and Phil White of Macomb, IL; Brian and Diane Lamma of Macomb, IL; Danny and Patricia Lamma of Keokuk,IA; and Wendy and Anthony Gregory of Keokuk, IA; her brother Earl David and Christina Burnett of Tioga, IL; and 2 ex-son-in-laws Tim Huston of Warsaw, IL and Douglas Rhodes of Alexandria, Mo. Other survivors include 22 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews and cousins.

Lamona is preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert Burnett, her sister Emily June Cooper, her grandparents, and her companion Larry Gilpin.

 Funeral services will be held at 12 pm on Monday, June 4, 2018, at Printy Funeral Home in Hamilton, with burial to follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Hamilton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10 am to 12 pm directly before the service.
