Larry Gemming Obituary

Larry L. Gemming, 73, of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Unity Point - Keokuk in Keokuk, Iowa.

Larry was born on January 25, 1945, in Warsaw, Illinois, the son of Arthur Frank and Jenny Marie (Rupp) Gemming. He was united in marriage to Theresa Sturm, and she preceded him in death.

During his career, Larry was employed at Consolidated Packaging for twenty-four years before his retirement. When he wasn’t working, Larry enjoyed shooting pool, bowling and fishing.

Larry is survived by three sisters: Kim Bricker of Hamilton, Kay (Dave) Young of Hamilton and Gwen Howell of Grove City, Ohio, his brother-in-law Richard Coffman of Hamilton, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, his brother Leslie Gemming and his sister Donna Coffman and his niece Jennifer Coffman.

A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
