Mary Ancelet Obituary

Mary L. Ancelet, 69, of Quincy, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at her home in Quincy.

Mary was born December 29, 1951, the daughter of Vernon J. Ancelet and Marjorie Ufkes Ancelet Cole Bisby in Carthage, Illinois. She graduated from Carthage High School in 1970. She was a member of the Kennel Club in Quincy.

Mary is survived by a daughter, Jessica Barton of Columbia, Missouri; a grandson, Blake Ferguson-Allen of Dixon, Illinois; her mother, Marjorie Bisby of Quincy, Illinois; siblings, Albert Ancelet of Carthage, Alice (Larry) Wilkens-Mann of Middleton, Wisconsin, Donald (Carolyn) Cole of Carthage, and Betty Sue Grimes of McHenry, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her father; and a daughter, Ronelle Ferguson-Allen.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 8, 2021, at Printy Funeral Home in Carthage with burial to follow in the Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery near Basco. Family will meet friends from 9:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to the Kennel Club in Quincy. Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
