Patrick Evans Obituary

Patrick Evans, 41, of Conneaut, Ohio, passed away at 12:35 A.M. December 15, 2019, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy.

Patrick was born the son of Gerald and Audrey Evans in Parma, Ohio. He was united in marriage to Melissa Fox in Quincy, Illinois in 2019.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Melissa, of Monmouth; two sisters, Melissa (Ryan) Cook of Ravenna, Ohio and Stephanie (Mathew) Corliss of Ashtabula, Ohio; and two nephews, Harrison Cook and Matthew Corliss.

Private family services will be held. Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
