Paul Fahnstrom Obituary

Paul Lee Fahnstrom, 69, of Carthage, passed away January 18, 2022, at his home in Carthage.

Paul was born February 26, 1952, the son of Leroy Allen and Irene (Hagenstein) Jenkins, Sr. in Kewanee, Illinois. On February 19, 2008, he was united in marriage to Mary Stephenson (nee Hasten). She preceded him in death on January 6, 2020.

Paul is survived by his children, Andrea Briggs of Carthage, Billi Fahnstrom of Carthage, Christina VanRycke of Louisiana and Kris Fahnstrom of Galesburg; step-children, Tressler (Jennifer) Stephenson of Los Lunas, New Mexico, Michael (Kati) Stephenson of LaHarpe and Justin (Barb) Stephenson of LaGrange, Missouri; and twenty-six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Mary.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Printy Funeral Home of Carthage is in charge of arrangements.
