Randall Gray

Randall Gray, 65, of Keokuk, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, at Memorial Hospital in Carthage, Illinois.

Randall was born on August 31, 1956, in California, the son of Jack and Bonnie Wheaton. On February 14, 1976, he was united in marriage to Sharon Coker in Gillette, Wyoming. She survives. Randall worked on oil rigs and as a contractor. He had a free spirit and was a self-described wanderer, making his way throughout the west coast. He was known for being able to do a little bit of everything and always liked to stay busy. In his free time, Randall collected rocks and key rings. 

Randall is survived by his wife Sharon Gray of Keokuk; two sons: LeeRoy Gray of Keokuk, Iowa, and Jeremiah Gray of Fort Madison, Iowa; his daughter Brandy Gray of Washington; four siblings: Lillie, Jim, Darleana and Roseanna; and nine grandchildren.

Randall is preceded in death by his parents and his brother George.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
